If it doesn’t work you need to return the tire gauge to be repaired or replaced if under warranty (5 years).

If you would like to return your Accutire product for repair or replacement please follow these steps:

Put tire gauge in a sealed envelope or box.
Include a note describing the problem with the product you are returning.
Make sure your return address is included in the package.

Please call the customer service number 757-706-3795 and speak with someone who will issue an RMA. (return merchandise authorization).

If customer service don’t have an RMA with returns from you, they will return the product back without repair or replacement. You need to follow the return policy.

Mark the outside of the package “Attn: Warranty Service”
